Flying A pump

This is what we used to pump gas from in the 30's,40's and 50's I am assuming that these would have been prevalent along ol route 66 , and fully uniformed attendants would look under the hood for you at every stop
Oh and I guess these became obsolete when gas rose above $1.00

Desaturated for more of a 50's look . Or would it look better in sep or b/w I would enjoy your opinions
