Well I finally got to visit the famed Letchworth State Park in Central NY It is a fantastic place more to see than you have time to see it so i'll be back but here is my take on the park in the following series
Taken with the Nikon D-90 and the 18-105 mm nikkor lens 04/09
A full view of the middle falls and conpanion Rainbow in this 3 shot HDR tonemapped in photomatrix

Noiiiceeee! I have never seen you do HDR before, well maybe i have but didn't notice. i like how you balanced the tone mapping, not too much but still very defined. Not a fan of the rainbow, but that's something that a human probably can't avoid.. haha.

I have a few in the gallery but my skillz need more experience I try never to over do it :) Thanks for commenting :)
Rainbows only happen here during the late afternoon and I got there just when the sun hit right not knowing that these falls will be rainbow central for the next hour :) Armed with your camera you cant resist grabbing all the rainbow shots you can :)
